Responsibilities include coordinating with relationship managers and compliance, tracking outstanding documentation, maintaining logs, and contributing to audit-readiness and process improvements.

Formación

• Fluency in Spanish & English is required.

We are looking for Outreach Analysts fluent in Spanish & English to support periodic and trigger-based KYC reviews. This role focuses on client and front-office engagement, ensuring timely collection of KYC documents and resolution of queries.

• Initiate and manage client outreach for KYC document collection
• Coordinate with relationship managers and compliance teams
• Track, follow up, and manage outstanding KYC documentation
• Maintain accurate communication logs and outreach trackers
• Provide timely updates to periodic review and internal teams

Eligibility Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in KYC support or outreach roles or Client servicing roles
• Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills
• Fluency in Spanish & English
• Prior experience in financial services or compliance preferred
• Ability to work under tight deadlines across multiple reviews and able to work independently
