MyOutDesk is seeking a CRM & Sales Support Representative to help U.S.-based clients keep their pipelines moving. You will manage CRM records, follow up on leads, schedule calls, and ensure every opportunity is tracked and touched.

This is not a cold-calling role; it requires confident English communication and organized pipeline management. BPO experience supporting a sales or operations team is a plus.

Formación

• 3+ years in a sales support, CRM, or customer-facing role.
• English fluency (C1).
• Experience with U.S.-client support is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and update CRM records (contacts, stages, activities, notes).
• Follow up with leads and clients via phone and email.
• Schedule calls and meetings for the client team.
• Track proposal and deal status and flag stalled opportunities.

About the Role

We are hiring a CRM & Sales Support Representative to help U.S.-based businesses keep their pipelines moving. You will manage CRM records, follow up on leads and proposals, schedule calls, and make sure every opportunity is tracked and touched. This is not a cold-calling role - it is process-driven, relationship-focused work for someone who communicates confidently in English and takes pride in organized, accurate pipeline management. If you have BPO experience supporting a sales or operations team - this role is built for your background.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage and update CRM records - contacts, deal stages, activity logs, and notes.
• Follow up with leads, prospects, and existing clients via phone and email at defined pipeline stages.
• Schedule calls, meetings, and appointments for the client team.
• Track proposal and deal status - flag stalled opportunities proactively.
• Handle inbound inquiries and qualify contacts against defined criteria.
• Execute outreach sequences and follow-up cadences using CRM tools.
• Maintain pipeline accuracy and deliver regular activity reports.
• Coordinate with the client team to ensure smooth handoffs and timely follow-ups.
• Meet weekly activity targets - follow-up rate, pipeline updates, and appointments set.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a sales support, CRM, or customer-facing role - BPO or U.S.-client experience preferred and must be documented on your resume
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1).
• Your last 3 positions should reflect an average tenure of at least 1 year per role; this will be verified during the screening process.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Hands-on CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, or similar) - required.
• Comfortable making occasional outbound calls and sending professional emails in English.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Results-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and client success.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience preferred.
