Xiaomi Technology Peru is seeking a senior sales professional to lead Key Accounts and IR channels for big appliances in Peru. You will architect pricing strategies, align with GTM, and drive monthly and annual sales targets.

You will manage KA, wholesale, and e-commerce channels, leveraging Peru market insights to grow Xiaomi’s presence while embodying the Xiaomi brand. Ideal candidate has 5+ years in frontline major appliances sales, strong KA/IR development skills, and deep product market

Formación

• 5+ years frontline major appliances sales experience in Peru
• Strong KA & IR channels development with proven successes
• Deep product knowledge of major appliances and understanding of the Peru market and 4P framework
• Identify with Xiaomi brand and culture; eager to grow with Xiaomi

Responsabilidades

• Develop Key Accounts (KA) & IR channels for big appliances (refrigerator, washing machine, air conditioner) in Peru.
• Develop effective pricing strategy based on competition, sales targets & available product.
• Collaborate with GTM to expand channel coverage, improve product exposure and achieve monthly and annual sales targets for big appliances.
• Maintain and enhance performance through existing channels including KA, wholesale, and e-commerce

Descripción del empleo

1. Develop Key Accounts (KA) & IR channels for big appliances including refrigerator, washing machine, air conditioner in Peru.
2. Develop effective pricing strategy base on competition, sales target & available product.
3. Work closely with GTM to expand channel coverage, improve product exposure, achieve monthly and annual sales target for big appliances set by the company.
4. Maintain and enhance performance through existing channels including Key Accounts (KA), wholesale, e-commerce, and others.

Job requirements

1. Proven over 5 years frontline major appliances sales experience including refrigerator, washing machine, air conditioner in Peru market, with a solid understanding of the marketing 4P framework.
2. Good relations with KA channels and has strong ability & plenty of experience for KA & IR channels development with a track record of successful cases.
3. Rich product knowledge of big appliances products, competitors and market conditions, has clear sence of Peru market w goods development trend.
4. Identify with the Xiaomi brand and culture, and be willing to grow and develop together with Xiaomi.
