Job summary

Aecon Concessions Peru is seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator/Manager to implement, coordinate, and manage BIM methodologies across road projects, ensuring seamless integration of digital models and processes on our construction portfolio in Peru. The ideal candidate has multi-year experience in road infrastructure, a Civil Engineer degree, and fluency in Spanish.

Postgraduate BIM PM specialization is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience after degree (foreign professionals included).
• 3 years as BIM Coordinator on road infrastructure projects (highways/bridges).
• 3 years as BIM Manager on road Infra projects (highways/bridges) valued.
• Civil Engineer or equivalent qualification recognized in country of diploma.
• Postgraduate specialization in BIM Project Management preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish required.

What is the Opportunity?

Implement, coordinate, and manage BIM methodologies across construction projects, ensuring seamless integration of digital models, standards, and processes to optimize planning, execution, and control within Aecon Peru’s operations.

What You Bring to the Team:

• 5 years of professional experience after obtaining the degree or issuance of the corresponding diploma (for foreign professionals).
• 3 years of experience as a BIM Coordinator in road infrastructure projects (highways, expressways, or bridges).
• 3 years of experience as a BIM Manager in road infrastructure projects such as highways, expressways, or bridges (highly valued).
• Civil Engineer or equivalent in the country where the diploma was issued (road/highway or structural engineer).
• Postgraduate degree or specialization in BIM Project Management or Digital Construction Management (preferred).
• Must be fluent in Spanish
