Aria, part of MGM Resorts International, is seeking a Hotel Operations Manager to lead the front desk team and partner with hotel leadership to drive operational excellence and exceptional guest experiences on the Las Vegas Strip. You will coach and develop staff, implement policies, and ensure service standards align with luxury hospitality expectations.

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Two years of prior relevant hotel management experience.
• Experience with collective bargaining agreements; AAA or Forbes knowledge preferred.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Work closely with the Senior Hotel Operations Manager to implement strategic initiatives.
• Lead front desk operations through policies, procedures, training, manuals, directives, work schedules, rules, and regulations.
• Provide leadership to maintain and improve the guest experience within front desk operations.
• Support employee engagement for the front desk operations team through coaching, training, recognition, and development.
• Participate in interviewing, candidate selection, training, supervision, coaching, and counseling of front desk operations staff.

The Day-to-day

• Work closely with the Senior Hotel Operations Manager to implement strategic initiatives for hotel operations provided by the Hotel Strategy CoE
• Assist in leading front desk operations through implementation of policies, procedures, training programs, manuals, directives, work schedules, rules, and regulations
• Provide leadership and direction to maintain and improve the guest experience within front desk operations in alignment with company service standards
• Support employee engagement for the front desk operations team through coaching, training, recognition, and development
• Participate in interviewing, candidate selection, training, supervision, coaching, and counseling of front desk operations staff to support efficient department operations

The Ideal Candidate

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Two (2) years of prior relevant experience in the direction and management of employees in a similar hotel environment preferred
• Previous experience managing employees under a collective bargaining agreement and AAA or Forbes knowledge preferred
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
