A leading asset servicing company based in Lima, Peru is seeking an experienced professional to manage fee schedules, generate and validate client invoices. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in related processes and be proficient in English and Microsoft Office. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, along with any experience in financial services, particularly in fund and investor services. Formación

• At least 3 years working experience in a related process or industry.
• Experience in the Financial Services industry (e.g. Fund/Investor Services).

Responsabilidades

• Interpret fee schedules and setup fee rates in the system.
• Generate invoices and perform control with trend analysis.
• Validate invoices and send them to clients.
• Follow up on aged receivables.
• Allocate tasks to team members and investigate client queries.
