A leading asset servicing firm in Lima, Peru is seeking a Client Operations Officer for a 12-month contract. The role involves managing the client billing process, generating invoices, and ensuring timely follow-ups on receivables. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with up to 2 years of experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Formación

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in client billing process and/or account receivables process.
• Experience in Financial Services industry.

Responsabilidades

• Interpret fee schedule and set up fee rates into system.
• Generate invoices and perform control on trend analysis.
• Follow up on aged receivables and verify client authorizations.

Conocimientos

Understanding and application of Fee Schedule/Fee Agreement with client

Understanding of Products offered to clients and its Operational nature

Educación

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting & Finance

Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

Herramientas

Microsoft Office applications

SQL

Excel VBA
