VF is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Executive / Associate to join our Controllership team, focusing on Record to Report (RTR) operations. This role is ideal for individuals with a solid accounting foundation who are passionate about financial accuracy and process improvement.

You will manage General Ledger processes, assist month-end close, and prepare financial reports while collaborating with internal teams and external auditors.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in general accounting; fresh graduates discouraged to apply.
• Prior auditing firm experience is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in Mandarin (reading, writing, speaking) preferred to support CH, TW & HK markets.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Self-starter with proactive attitude and ownership.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and review financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external auditors to support audit requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards.
• Support finance-related communication in different markets (CH, TW & HK) where Mandarin is an advantage.
• Prepare financial documents and correspondence in Mandarin, where required, ensuring high standards of written and verbal communication.
• Take full ownership of assigned tasks and proactively identify areas for improvement.
