Confidential in Lima seeks an experienced Controller to oversee financial management, planning, reporting, compliance, and team leadership for a multinational-friendly environment.

You will drive budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow while ensuring US GAAP compliance and strong internal controls; lead the Controlling team and coordinate with auditors and banks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of Finance/Controlling experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and reporting.

Requirements

• Previous team leadership experience
• Advanced English is required
• Experience in multinational environments preferred
