PT Tempo Scan Pacific Tbk seeks an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the finance, accounting, and tax departments in Lima. You will ensure accurate financial statements and timely reports, while maintaining strict controls and compliance.

In this role you will supervise a team, collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth, and provide analysis to support strategic decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• At least 3 years in finance, accounting and tax with 1 year supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial reporting.
• Proven leadership abilities and ability to work under pressure.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and finance software
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
