Job summary

Fronius International GmbH is seeking an experienced SCM professional to drive the governance and continuous improvement of key operational processes. You will serve as the main contact for SCM/ERP processes and provide first-line support to users, while monitoring KPIs and implementing improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities include coordinating with international interfaces, conducting training sessions, updating documentation, and ensuring compliance with national legal and tax requirements

Qualifications

• Business education is required.
• Additional professional qualifications via continuing education or several years of experience.
• Professional experience in the field of supply chain management.
• English language skills and/or local language at a level appropriate for the position.

• Taking responsibility for the effective execution, governance, and continuous improvement of operational business processes within the assigned area/s of responsibility (e.g. COP, WHL, Service, Procurement).
• Serving as the point of contact for SCM/ERP processes and providing first-level support to users on process-related issues.
• Monitoring and analyzing relevant KPIs, and developing and implementing measures to achieve targets and improve processes.
• Coordinating with internal and international interfaces, ensuring the flow of information, and assisting in finding solutions to process or logistics disruptions.
• Conducting training sessions and maintaining process documentation, including creating and updating training materials, reports, and presentations.
• Providing support for process adjustments, system testing, and the implementation of national legal and tax requirements in coordination with international departments.
• All other duties as assigned by management (e.g. nomination for projects/desks).
