Job summary

Adidas operates a distribution center in Escobar, Peru, seeking an experienced logistics professional to oversee inbound operations and align warehouse teams with suppliers and stakeholders.

You will monitor shipments, ensure accurate system registration and storage, and analyze KPIs to drive improvements in receiving, put-away, and returns processes. Proficiency in MS Office, BI/AI tools, and SAP/WMS is preferred.

Qualifications

• University degree in Industrial, Logistics or Administration Engineering.
• Experience in a Supply Chain logistics role; 3PL experience valued.
• English: Intermediate (read & write).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound operations and put-away with warehouse teams.

Job description

This position will be based in our Distrubution Center, Escobar.

Key Accountabilities

• Coordinate inbound operations, including receiving, put-away, reserve management, and returns, ensuring alignment between warehouse teams and stakeholders
• Monitor inbound shipments and receiving plans, proactively managing delays, risks, and operational impacts
• Ensure accurate and timely receipt, system registration, storage, and availability of goods from local and international suppliers
• Analyze inbound and reverse logistics performance through KPIs, productivity tracking, and operational reporting
• Identify, investigate, and resolve process issues affecting receiving, put-away, and returns operations
• Coordinate reverse logistics processes (eCommerce and non-eCommerce), ensuring compliance, visibility, and stakeholder communication
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on service, inventory accuracy, productivity, and process standardization
