Job summary

OMICRON electronics GmbH is seeking an ERP Process Coordinator (60-100%) to improve ERP-driven processes across Engineering Services and Product Servicing. You will translate requirements into ERP/CRM solutions and lead testing for system releases.

The role involves training users, maintaining documentation, and coordinating support with a structured, independent approach. Ideal candidates have IT or business administration background, strong organizational skills, and are comfortable traveling

• Ability to translate requirements into ERP/CRM solutions.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Good English and willingness to travel occasionally.

Job Description

Your role

• Manage and continuously improve ERP-supported business processes for Engineering Services & Product Servicing
• Translate business requirements into technical and organizational ERP solutions and contribute to projects involving relevant ERP and CRM process changes
• Coordinate user support, provide training, and maintain process documentation and training materials
• Develop, execute, and maintain ERP tests to support the successful deployment of new system releases
• Stay up to date with developments in our ERP system and its add-ons, identify new opportunities to support our business processes, and ensure alignment between ERP and CRM processes
