Jobtailor in Peru invites a Student or Bachelor in Environmental Engineering to join our HSE team in Talara. You will support the Environmental Management System, perform audits, training, and incident reporting under supervision.

You will develop IMS forms, monitor environmental performance, coordinate with maintenance, and prepare documentary support and monthly reports. Fluency in English is preferred and Excel/Power BI usage is encouraged.

Formación

• Student or Bachelor in Environmental Engineering.
• Experience in environmental areas is preferred but not essential.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations is preferred.
• Intermediate English is required.
• Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel.
• Power BI skills are desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Report to the ES&R Coordinator and support IMS forms updates.

• Report to the ES&R Coordinator
• Develop and update Integrated Management System forms based on legal regulations and events
• Provide documentary support, monthly reports, and compliance evidence
• Coordinate environmental actions according to corporate guidelines
• Support planning, programming, and execution of internal audits
• Program environmental training for workers and contractors
• Conduct monthly inspections and track environmental incident reports and investigations
• Prepare quotes, make purchases, and verify requirements
• Monitor and evaluate environmental performance of areas and contractors
• Coordinate compliance with environmental obligations with the maintenance area
• Support solid waste management and control throughout all stages
• Execute internal environmental and biological monitoring
• Program and execute committee monitoring and citizen surveillance
• Review and prepare Environmental Management Instruments
• Update environmental legal regulations
• Program social activities
• Develop and execute the Environmental Education program for communities
• Comply with Integrated HSE Management System laws, regulations, standards, policies, and procedures
• Participate in training, accident investigations, HSE activities, inspections, and drills
• Report incidents and unsafe conditions immediately
• Prepare reports of unsafe acts and conditions
• Follow up on closing unsafe-act and unsafe-condition reports
• Support HSE objectives and goals
• Comply with IMS, safety, occupational health, and environmental standards

Requirements

• Student or Bachelor in Environmental Engineering
• Experience in environmental areas is preferred but not essential
• Knowledge of environmental regulations is preferred
• Intermediate English is required
• Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel
• Basic or intermediate English is desirable
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good communication skills
