Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Partner Manager represents and grows the Red Bull business with distributors and wholesalers, crafting annual plans, driving growth, and tracking KPIs to lift distribution, coverage and volume.

You will lead field teams, optimise in-store execution, align distributor activities with commercial priorities, and nurture strong relationships with partners and customers. Advanced English is preferred for cross-border collaboration.

Qualifications

• Administration or Commercial Degree preferred.
• 1–2 years experience in the Off Premise FMCG sector.
• Advanced English preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational ability.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Deliver on sales, distribution, coverage, and Perfect Store targets.
• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Fulfil all reports on time and analyze distributor KPIs.
• Ensure effective outlet coverage at optimal frequencies.

Job description

The Distribution Partner Manager’s main priority is representing and managing the Red Bull business with assigned Distribution Partners (Distributors and Wholesalers) by developing and agreeing annual business plans, achieving growth, driving Red Bull initiatives, and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in line with the company strategy and priorities which lead to an increase in Distribution, Execution and Volume.

KPI & PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

• Deliver on sales, distribution, coverage, and Perfect Store targets.

• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.

• Fulfil all reports in due dates, use reports to analyze and develop the distributor KPIs.

IN-STORE EXECUTION

• Effective coverage of all agreed outlets at optimum frequencies in a cost-effective manner.

• Ensure that team secure and improve the in-store presence of the Red Bull brand via implementation of Perfect Store Standards.

• Maintenance and growth of Perfect Stores databases which focus on availability and distribution, pricing, visibility, placements and messaging.

COMMERCIAL STRATEGY IMPLEMENTATION

• Execute the channel business plan based on agreed priorities.

• Align distributor teams for strong execution from day one.

TEAM LEADERSHIP & DEVELOPMENT

• To establish and maintain a dynamic and fun team environment that encourages positive attitude, team interaction and creativity.

• Train, motivate and develop distributor teamsin order to maximize their potential and results.

• Provide field coaching and continuous performance support.

STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT & COLLABORATION

• Build strong relationships with distributors and key customers.

• Administration or Commercial Degree preferred.

• 1 to 2 years' experiencein Off Premise sector in FMCG.

• Motivation and team skills.

• Strong communicational and organizational ability.

• Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).

• Management reporting and budget control.

• Valid A1 driver's license.

• Advanced English preferred.
