Kyndryl in Peru’s Lima region is seeking a DevOps Engineer to bridge development and operations, building automated pipelines and scalable, secure platforms for client environments, and participate in ongoing digital transformation initiatives.

You will collaborate with application teams, implement infrastructure as code, manage cloud and hybrid environments, and drive reliability with measurable improvements in deployment speed and resilience.

• Design, build, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for frequent releases.
• Implement infrastructure provisioning via automation and IaC.
• Operate and improve cloud and hybrid platforms for availability and security.
• Collaborate with application teams to integrate DevOps in workflows.
• Monitor systems, investigate incidents, and perform root cause analysis.
• Standardize processes and tooling to reduce manual effort.
• Contribute to runbooks and operational readiness for new services.

The Role

As a DevOps Engineer, you will work at the intersection of development and operations, embedded within the application deployment lifecycle for customer environments. The role focuses on building, automating, and operating reliable platforms that support continuous delivery, system resilience, and scalable infrastructure. Success is demonstrated through stable releases, repeatable automation, and measurable improvements to deployment reliability and speed.

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines that support frequent, reliable application releases
• Implement infrastructure provisioning and configuration using automation and infrastructure as code practices
• Operate and improve cloud and hybrid platform environments to meet availability, performance, and security expectations
• Collaborate with application teams to integrate DevOps practices into development workflows and release processes
• Monitor systems and applications, investigate incidents, and drive root cause analysis to prevent recurrence
• Standardize operational processes and tooling to reduce manual effort and deployment risk
• Contribute to documentation, runbooks, and operational readiness for new or changed services

Who You Are

Required skills and experience

• Experience working across both development and operations disciplines in a DevOps or platform engineering role
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tooling, source control, and automated build and release pipelines
• Experience automating infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and system administration tasks
• Working knowledge of cloud or hybrid infrastructure environments and common system architectures
• Experience supporting application deployment, monitoring, and operational stability in production environments
• Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and translate findings into preventive improvements
• Azure DevOps

Preferred Skills And Experience

• Experience with infrastructure as code and configuration management tools
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration platforms
• Experience applying security and compliance controls within automated pipelines
• Exposure to agile development practices and iterative delivery models
