Kyndryl in Peru is launching its Software Engineer Graduate program, a two-year journey that blends learning, hands-on projects and client exposure. You will rotate through delivery roles, complete bootcamps, earn certifications, and work with mentors to grow your core skills in cloud, data, AI and modernization.

This program emphasizes collaboration, inclusive culture, and real impact on flagship clients as you develop into a specialist with strong technical foundations and problem-solving

Formación

• Bachelor degree completed within the last 0–3 years in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, IT, Data Science, AI, Math or related disciplines.
• Strong interest in software development, cloud, data and AI technologies.
• Basic knowledge of Python, Java, JavaScript, C# and/or SQL.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• English proficiency for participation in global programs.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in software development and modernization projects.
• Support the design, development, testing and deployment of technology solutions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to solve business and technical challenges.
• Analyze data and contribute to data-driven solutions.

The Role

The Kyndryl Graduate Program & beyond

Your journey as Software Engineer Graduate will start with an immersive learning program, focused on building a core set of business and consulting skills which you will use working on exciting projects with our flagship clients. We will support you in kickstarting your career by offering rotation, shadowing and specialization opportunities during the 2-years program. Afterward, you'll have the chance to work in one of our exciting Consult Delivery roles based on your potential and skills.

Who You Are

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor degree completed within the last 0–3 years in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Statistics or related disciplines.
• Strong interest in software development, cloud, data and AI technologies.
• Basic knowledge of Python, Java, JavaScript, C# and/or SQL.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• English proficiency for participation in global programs.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Azure, AWS or Google Cloud.
• Exposure to Data Engineering, Analytics or BI tools.
• Understanding of AI, Machine Learning or Generative AI concepts.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Academic or personal software development projects.
