Kyndryl Inc. is seeking a Computer Operator in Lima, Peru. You will oversee batch operations, monitor systems, and resolve first-level issues across distributed environments. The role offers hybrid work in a flexible, growth-oriented culture.

You will work with cross-functional teams to improve support processes and ensure high-quality service while developing your skills in automation and operations.

Formación

• Level 1 support experience with Linux/Windows OS, Kubernetes and Docker.
• Basic programming: Bash/Shell scripting, PowerShell.
• Tools: Jira, Jenkins, Bamboo, Git, Bitbucket.
• Languages: Java, .NET, Ruby, YAML, Python.
• Experience with MongoDB/CosmosDB/SQL Server and Azure.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze issues and route/resolve accordingly to maintain service levels.
