Binance is seeking a seasoned Backend Architecture Lead to define and drive the long-term architecture strategy for our scalable services. You will oversee system design across multiple domains to ensure scalability, reliability, and security.

You will mentor engineers, establish standards, lead due diligence, and push modernization while championing observability and high-performance engineering across the organization.

Formación

• 10+ years of backend engineering experience, incl. 3+ years in lead or principal roles.
• Proven track record designing and scaling distributed systems in production.
• Strong experience leading and mentoring engineering teams.
• Deep expertise in backend languages (Java, Go, Python, Node.js, or similar).
• Extensive knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, and API design.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and modern infrastructure practices.
• Strong understanding of database design, caching, messaging, and high-concurrency systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
