Binance is seeking an experienced Senior Backend Engineer to drive the development and implementation of scalable infrastructure. You will design and build large-scale software systems, upgrade underlying architectures, and optimize performance while handling incidents and refactoring tasks.

You will also write clean, maintainable code and mentor junior engineers, sharing knowledge across teams. The role requires a deep understanding of distributed systems, Java, Spring, and multiple data

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
• 10+ years of software development experience, preferably in backend or distributed systems.
• Proficient in core Java, and familiar with Spring framework.
• Proficient in MySQL, and familiar with at least one NoSQL DB.
• Proficient in distributed system design, and familiar with at least one messaging middleware and the underlying design principles.
• Capable to cope with stress, and quickly learn new knowledge.
• Good cross-team communication skills.
