Job summary

Indosuez Wealth Management Asia in Hong Kong seeks a senior support professional to assist relationship managers in delivering high-quality service to high net worth clients. You will process client instructions, handle account openings, and ensure timely collection of documentation while coordinating with relevant teams.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in banking or wealth management.
• Private banking experience is advantageous.
• License Type 1 and Type 4 activities under HKMA/SFC required.

Responsibilities

• Support relationship managers in client transactions and service high net worth clients.
• Execute client instructions and handle account opening procedures promptly.
• Process credits, investment and deposit transactions; coordinate with teams.
• Monitor accounts for irregularities and ensure compliance with policies.
• Serve as a main contact for clients' daily enquiries and facilitate meetings/travel.
• Maintain required KYC documentation and timelines.

Job description

• Support relationship managers in performing various client transactions and delivering high quality customer services to high net worth clients;
• Involve in executing clients instructions, performing account opening procedures, preparing and collecting documentation from clients in a timely and accurate manner;
• Process credit approvals, investment and deposit transactions, and coordinate with relevant teams when required;
• Proactively monitor clients' account status and report for any irregularities;
• Act as a key contact, both external and internal, for clients' daily operational enquiries;
• Ensure the performing transactions are in compliance with the Bank's policies and legislative requirements;
• Complete all mandatory training as required to attain and maintain proficiency;
• To manage meetings and travel arrangements of RMs;
• To assist RMs in updating client documentation to meet KYC requirement. Track and follow up on all required documentation from client in a timely manner.
