Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. invites applicants for the Branch Client Relations Officer (CRO) role based in Mandaluyong City.

The CRO will supervise daily lobby operations and support the Branch Head in driving growth through cross-selling and upselling of deposits, loans, cards, and bancassurance, while identifying client needs and generating sales leads. Key responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, guiding clients to digital channels, approving transactions, and ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder.
• At least three years branch banking experience as an officer (two years in Marketing or Sales of bank products).
• Proficiency in computer and business applications.
• Effective oral and written communications skills.
• Willing to be assigned in Metro Manila.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to the bank's clients by actively volunteering assistance.
• Manage lobby traffic in the branch and direct/educate clients to use alternative electronic channels (i.e. the branch's digital machines).
• Approve and override transactions.
• Ensure compliance to the Bank's policies, procedures and requirements.

Job Summary

The Branch Client Relations Officer (CRO) is responsible for the daily lobby management operations and serves as a key support to the Branch Head in driving business growth through active marketing, cross-selling, and upselling of the Bank’s and its affiliates’ products and services, including deposit accounts, loans, credit cards, and bancassurance solutions. The role involves identifying client needs, generating sales leads, and promoting appropriate banking and insurance products to enhance client relationships and contribute to the branch’s overall sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
