Newrest, a world leader in out-of-home catering, is seeking a Finance Manager for its Peru unit. You will report to the Country Manager and Group CFO, overseeing the financial department and acting as a business partner for strategic decisions.

• Finance Master Degree is required.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar position.
• First international experience is appreciated.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and train the local administrative team (accounting, cash collection, tax & legal, treasury, internal control, cost control, payroll).
• Ensure production of the subsidiary's corporate accounts and payroll and compliance with local regulations.
• Lead the budgeting process (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash flow, CAPEX).
• Organize Boards of Directors and Shareholders' Meetings and manage relations with supervisory authorities.
• Prepare monthly reporting and maintain operational dashboards.

Reporting to the Country Manager and Group CFO you will have full responsibility for the financial department. As Business Partner you will have a key role in the group's strategic choice.

Missions

• Manage and train the local administrative team (accounting, cash collection, tax & legal, treasury, internal control, cost control, payroll)
• Ensure the production of the subsidiary's corporate accounts and payroll and guarantee compliance with local accounting, tax and social obligations
• Set up and apply group standards and procedures within the subsidiary
• Lead the budget process (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash flow, CAPEX, etc…)
• Organize Boards of Directors and Shareholders' Meetings
• Manage relations with the supervisory authorities
• Elaborate monthly reporting and ensure control of activities as well as operational dashboards
• Manage closely the cash position with banking institutions and the group
• Animate relationship with third parties: customers, suppliers, auditors, insurances
• Ensure a daily relationship with the company's head office and be able to provide adhoc analyses on request.

Position based in Peru

• Finance Master Degree
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar position
• A first international experience will be very appreciated
• Fluent in English and Spanish
