MSWA is seeking a Care Support Worker for our Residential Services in a 24/7 home-like setting. You will support clients in shared homes to live safely, independently, and with dignity, providing person-centred care as part of a close-knit team.

You’ll work a rotating roster including mornings, afternoons, and sleepovers, with opportunities for ongoing training and career growth within a values-driven culture that prioritises wellbeing and inclusion.

Formación

• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (or equivalent).
• Experience in disability, aged care, or residential support.
• Ability to work a rotating roster including weekends, sleepovers, and public holidays.
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude.
• Current CPR and First Aid Certificate.
• Current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and NDIS Worker Orientation Module (or willingness to obtain).

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care: bathing/showering, feeding, dressing, grooming, bowel and catheter care, and manual handling.
• Assist with daily living tasks such as cleaning, meal assistance and household routines.
• Support customers to build life skills and independence.
• Facilitate community access and social participation.
• Medication assistance, domestic assistance and documentation.
• Implement individual care plans and behaviour support strategies.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive home environment.
• Accurately document care and report changes in wellbeing.
• Complete all mandatory training annually.

About the Role

As a Care Support Worker in our Residential Services, you’ll support customers living in shared homes to lead safe, independent, and fulfilling lives. Working as part of a close-knit team, you’ll provide consistent, person-centred care in a 24/7 environment, helping customers achieve their goals in a home-like setting.

Key Responsibilities
