Sources Community Living Services is seeking a Life Skills Instructor to develop and deliver meaningful daytime activities for individuals, increasing independence and social participation. You will support participants both in group settings and individually, following personalized plans and ensuring safety.
Reporting to Life Skills Assistant Managers and Program Coordinators, you will keep notes and review progress, planning engaging programming.

Sources Community Living provides all-encompassing care for individuals who have been referred to us by Community Living British Columbia. We are currently recruiting for a Life Skills Instructor to develop and deliver meaningful daytime activities that offer opportunities for individuals to increase independence, participate in new experiences and build life skills. You will be responsible for supporting individuals both in group settings and independently, based on the personalized plan required. These programs support individuals with intellectual disabilities and mental health-related needs. Our mission is to enable the pursuit of the best quality of life possible for our clients. We do this by fostering independence, well-being, and social participation.
