The City of Mandurah Recreation Centre invites applications for a Café Attendant on a casual basis. You will provide food and beverage service, cash handling, and customer-focused service in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants should have strong communication skills, numeracy, and a customer-first attitude, with availability to work across Monday to Sunday rosters, including early mornings and evenings.

• Level 1 | Hourly rate range $23.38 - $36.96(dependant on age, qualifications andexperience) inclusive of 20% Casual loading |plus superannuation

The opportunity

The City of Mandurah Recreation Centre has excitingopportunities for highly organised and enthusiastic individuals toundertake the role of Café Attendant on a casual basis. You willneed high level communication and interpersonal skills, dedicationto providing excellent customer service, together with a positiveand methodical work ethic.

You must be capable of working within a team of dedicated staffand due to the Centre being open 7 days a week and be available towork hours which may be rostered from Monday to Sunday inclusive(including early morning, day & evening work).

You will be involved in all duties associated with the Caféenvironment, in particular you will be responsible for:

• Food and beverage service
• Cashiering

To be successful you will have:

• Experience a similar role in high paced foodindustry
• Excellent customer service and communicationskills
• Demonstrated numeracy, cash handling and cashieringskills
• Excellent organisational, time management andproblem-solving skills
• A current National Police Clearance (or willingness toobtain)
