City of Mandurah Recreation Centres are seeking enthusiastic individuals to teach Learn-to-Swim programs from infants to children in a safe, friendly environment.

Various hours available; must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays. You must have AUSTSWIM or RLSS qualifications, infant aquatics (desirable), First Aid, Bronze Medallion, Police Clearance and Working with Children Check. Prior teaching experience and strong communication are essential.

Formación

• AUSTSWIM or equivalent teaching qualifications or RLSS Certificate.
• Infant Aquatics qualification (Desirable).
• Senior First Aid Certificate (Hold current qualification or be willing to obtain).
• Current RLSS Bronze Medallion (Hold current qualification or be willing to obtain).
• Current National Police Clearance within last 6 months and Working with Children’s Check.

Responsabilidades

• Teach Learn-to-Swim programs from infants 6 months to 4 years and up in a safe, friendly environment.
• Provide quality instruction and sound customer service in a team environment.
• Work weekday mornings/afternoons and Saturday/Sunday mornings as required.

• $40.33- $46.12per hourdepending on qualifications and experience plus weekendloadings, where appropriate.

City of Mandurah Recreation Centres are seeking enthusiastic andmotivated individuals to fill vacancies within the Mandurah Aquaticand Recreation Centre Swim School.

We are looking for people who enjoy working with children andwho are committed to teaching quality Learn-to Swim programs (frominfants 6 months to 4 years and up) in a safe, friendly andprofessional environment.

You must have the following key skills and experience:

• AUSTSWIM or equivalent teaching qualifications or RoyalLife Saving Society Teachers (RLSS) Certificate
• AUSTSWIM or equivalent teacher of Infant Aquaticsqualification (Desirable)
• Previous experience in swim teaching or instruction
• Sound communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, and as a teammember
• Senior First Aid Certificate (Hold current qualification or be willing to obtain)
• Current RLSS Bronze Medallion (Hold current qualification or be willing to obtain)
• Current National Police Clearance (dated within last 6months) and Working with Children’s Check (or willingness toobtain)
• You will need to be available to work weekday morning andafternoon shifts as well as on Saturday and Sunday morningshifts.
