A media organization is seeking a Casual Road Crew member for their Promotions team. In this role, you will represent the station at community events, engage with listeners, and participate in promotions. Ideal candidates will have customer service experience, a proactive attitude, and strong social media skills. This position requires flexible hours across the week, including weekends. A valid driver's license is essential for this role.

About the role:

We are currently on the hunt for Road Crew to join the C91.3FM Promotions team. Our Road Crew are the face of our station, working on a wide range of tasks while out on the road including outside broadcasts, station promotions, and small and large events. You’ll be talking with our listeners, handing out prizes and representing our fantastic radio brands!

This position is casual and hours will vary dependent on the differing assignments. Interested applicants must be available to work across the entire week, with both weekday and weekend availability.

About you:

• Have previous experience working within a customer service or promotions role
• Be an active, cheerful and highly approachable “people person” with a strong customer service focus and ability to interact with people from all walks of life
• Have strong attention to detail and the ability to take initiative in all sorts of situations
• Be a proactive team player with a “can do” attitude and who’s not afraid to pull up their sleeves and help out wherever possible
• Have a solid understanding of, and experience using, social media
• Have the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
• A passion or interest for the media industry

Being familiar with the Macarthur area and having a formal qualification in a related field (or be studying towards a qualification) is desirable, however not essential. Your attitude far outweighs our requirement for experience. Applicants must hold an unrestricted drivers licence in order to perform the role.
