WIN Network's i98FM in Wollongong is seeking a casual Promotions/Marketing professional to join the street team. The Street Fleeters promote clients, engage with locals, and represent the station with energy and a positive brand presence.

Reporting to the Promotions Manager, you will work across varying assignments, with weekday and weekend availability. Prior experience in customer service or promotions and strong people skills are essential.

We have a great opportunity for a professional and highly motivated individual to develop a career in Promotions/Marketing. Reporting to the Promotions Manager, our ‘Street Fleeters’ are the face of our station – out there on-the-road promoting our clients, engaging with Illawarra locals and representing our awesome radio station.

This position is casual and hours will vary dependent on the differing assignments. Interested applicants must be available to work across the entire week, with both weekday and weekend availability.

About you:

• Have previous experience working within customer service or promotions experience.
• Be an active, cheerful and highly approachable “people person” with a strong customer service focus and ability to interact with people from all walks of life
• Ensure that the integrity of our brand is maintained at all times.
• Be able to engage with and meet the expectations of our clients.
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Be a proactive team player with a “can do” attitude and who’s not afraid to pull up their sleeves and help out wherever possible
• Be a good team player with the ability to contribute to and foster a positive team environment.
• Have the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.
• Have strong attention to detail and the ability to take initiative in all sorts of situations.
• Have a solid understanding of, and experience using social media
