Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, IS, economics, engineering or related field.
• Experience supporting business operations, business development, or sales operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data and generate insights.
• Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce) and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools and interest in leveraging technology to improve processes.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Operations Support professional to join our team, supporting commercial operations through market research, CRM management, business intelligence, reporting, and process optimization.

This role works closely with Business Development leadership and cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, improve operational workflows, support sales initiatives, and provide actionable insights that drive business decisions. The position also plays an important role in leveraging AI-powered tools and lightweight automations to streamline repetitive tasks and increase team productivity.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and proactive, with strong attention to detail and an interest in combining business operations, data analysis, and AI-driven solutions to support a fast-paced commercial organization.

Core Responsibilities

Market Research & Business Intelligence

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, competitors, and business growth opportunities.
• Support lead generation by identifying, qualifying, and organizing prospective customers using research tools and platforms.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, generate reports, and develop dashboards that provide actionable business insights for leadership.

Business Development Operations

• Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, executive reports, and other sales enablement materials.
• Provide operational support to the Business Development team by coordinating meetings, communications, documentation, and strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate logistics and operational support for client meetings, conferences, and business development events.

AI, Automation & Continuous Improvement

• Leverage AI-powered tools (such as Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, or similar platforms) to conduct research, summarize information, generate business materials, and improve team productivity.
• Build or assist in developing lightweight automations and AI-assisted solutions to streamline recurring business development and operational processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows, reporting standards, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience supporting business operations, business development, sales operations, revenue operations, or similar functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful business insights.
• Experience working with CRM platforms (such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar) and a strong interest in leveraging technology to improve business processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience building dashboards using Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar business intelligence tools.
• Basic knowledge of scripting, low-code/no-code automation platforms, or AI-assisted coding tools.
• Experience working in the telecommunications, cloud, connectivity, or technology industry.
• Experience supporting global or multi-country commercial teams.
