inDrive is seeking a Business Developer Specialist in Peru to drive growth for our Courier (delivery) marketplace. You will own growth initiatives across supply and demand, analyze data to monitor progress, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale operations in new cities on the ground.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in business development, a Bachelor's degree, strong data skills with Looker Studio/Excel, and advanced English.

• 2+ years of experience in business development, operations, or business/data analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, economics, management, or a similar background.
• Solid data analysis skills, comfortable managing and analyzing large datasets to drive operational improvements.
• Looker Studio, Excel, and Google Sheets are a must
• SQL is a plus
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and track multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot trends and optimize processes.
• Self-motivated and proactive mindset, with a structured approach to problem-solving.
• Willingness to travel and work on the ground to understand market.
• Experience in courier, delivery, ride-hailing, logistics, startups, or mobility operations is a plus
• Advanced English proficiency

We are looking for a Business Developer Specialist in Peru to drive the execution of growth initiatives for inDrive's Courier (delivery) business. This position owns and executes operational initiatives across supply and demand, is responsible for city growth and its OKRs, and analyzes and tracks data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to grow the marketplace.
