Converge is seeking a Brand Manager based in Jeddah to lead brand development and drive growth across its FMCG portfolio.

Open exclusively to Saudi Nationals, you will develop local brand plans, collaborate with commercial and cross-functional teams, and strengthen market positioning to meet business objectives in the Saudi market.

The role requires deep understanding of Saudi consumer behavior and a proven track record turning strategy into market execution.

Formación

• 7+ years of brand management experience within FMCG
• Proven experience developing and executing brand strategies and marketing plans
• Strong understanding of Saudi consumer behaviour and local market dynamics
• Experience managing brand performance and supporting product launches
• Ability to align marketing initiatives with commercial objectives
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate brand performance
• Effective stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
