Converge is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, to lead the financial function and drive growth.

This senior leader will shape financial strategy, governance, and performance, partnering with the leadership team to steer profitable expansion and strengthen the organisation's financial position. You will oversee planning, budgeting, risk management, and capital allocation while building high-performing teams.

Formación

• 15+ years of finance experience with leadership roles such as CFO, Finance Director, or similar.
• Experience in FMCG or related industry highly desirable.
• Must be based in Jeddah or willing to relocate.
• Proven track record in financial strategy, planning and performance management.
• Strong governance, risk management, and commercial decision-making skills.
• Ability to partner with senior leadership and provide financial insights for strategy.
• Experience building and leading high-performing finance teams.
• Strong commercial judgment to identify profitability opportunities for sustainable growth.

The role will oversee financial strategy, planning, and performance, ensuring strong financial governance while

• 15+ years of finance experience, including substantial leadership experience as a CFO, Finance Director, or in a comparable senior finance role
• Experience within FMCG or a related industry is highly desirable
• Must be based in Jeddah or willing to relocate
