A global manufacturing company in Peru, IL, is seeking a talented engineer to lead project management for automated machinery. This individual will improve efficiencies and support production by implementing quality processes and troubleshooting automated equipment. Candidates must hold a BS degree in a relevant field and have a minimum of 3 years in manufacturing, with expertise in Lean Manufacturing techniques and proficiency in Autocad. Formación

• Minimum 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with 5S and Six Sigma required.
• Proficiency in AUTOCAD and PC skills with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Implement quality processes and provide production support.
• Create assembly drawings and troubleshoot automated equipment.
• Train operators and oversee maintenance tasks.
• Evaluate current work processes to improve efficiency.
