Formación

• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing, chemical processing, industrial operations, or other complex production environments.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in a supervisory, operations management, or superintendent role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, improve operational performance, and drive accountability.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and decision‑making skills.
• Experience working in highly regulated, safety‑focused industrial environments.
• Experience supporting plant expansions, new facility startups, or major capital projects is a plus.

• Maintain a visible presence in the operation and provide leadership during production challenges.

We are seeking an Operations Superintendent for one of our clients operating a large-scale industrial processing facility in the Western United States. Our client is an established, yet rapidly evolving organization focused on advanced materials production.

This leadership role is responsible for overseeing complex industrial processing operations, driving operational performance, developing frontline teams, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across multiple production areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day operations across multiple processing and production areas
• Foster a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
