Job summary

BairesDev is seeking an AI Engineer (Mobile) to design and ship AI-powered Android apps. You will build production-grade Android software using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose, work independently from product ideas to shipped features, and contribute across the stack.

The role emphasizes speed, ownership, and self-direction in a fully remote, globally distributed team. You’ll work on multi-agent orchestration systems and AI-powered mobile experiences, collaborating with a global Top 1% tech talent

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Hands-on experience with multi-agent orchestration using LangGraph, CrewAI, or equivalent open-source frameworks.
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin for Android development.
• Self-directed product engineering mindset, able to work from a 1-pager or PRD without hand-holding.
• Full-stack range with comfort diving into unfamiliar codebases.
• Experience with Jetpack Compose.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
