BairesDev is seeking an AI Platform Engineer to design, build, and operate an Internal Developer Platform focused on generative AI. You will create golden paths and reusable blueprints to help teams build, deploy, and manage AI-powered services securely and efficiently.

With a product mindset, you will develop a self-service platform to simplify AI infra, standardize LLM access, and empower non-technical users to provision resources, all while collaborating with a global, remote team.

AI Platform Engineer at BairesDev

In this role, you'll design, build, and operate an Internal Developer Platform focused on generative AI, creating golden paths and reusable blueprints that allow teams to build, deploy, and manage AI-powered services securely and efficiently. With a strong product mindset over a traditional SRE approach, you'll develop a self-service platform that abstracts away the complexity of AI infrastructure, standardizes access to LLMs, and accelerates the delivery of AI features into production. This is your opportunity to shape how an entire organization interacts with AI, including building skills for a low-code Gemini/Claude front-end that empowers non-technical users to provision infrastructure and deploy applications independently.

What You'll Do

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in software engineering or platform engineering.
• Strong expertise in AWS.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Deep knowledge of platform engineering principles including golden paths and blueprints.
• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Strong product mindset with a focus on developer enablement over traditional SRE approaches.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
