Job summary

BairesDev is seeking an Agentic Generative AI Engineer to architect and build autonomous AI systems that perform complex business tasks with minimal human intervention.

You will connect foundational models with orchestrations to deliver goal-driven solutions, while enhancing validation, safety, and cost efficiency across a 100% remote, globally distributed team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering or AI Engineering.
• Proven expertise in developing generative AI applications and solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience with agentic orchestration frameworks and workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop single- and multi-agent AI systems capable of executing complex business tasks autonomously.
• Implement robust agentic orchestration frameworks and stateful workflows to coordinate perceive–plan–act–reflect loops.
• Build and optimize workflows integrating generative AI architectures with APIs, enterprise databases, and tools.
• Establish validation frameworks, evaluation metrics, and guardrails for reliability and safety.
• Monitor and tune agent reasoning performance balancing autonomy with transparency and cost.
