BairesDev is seeking an Agentic Generative AI Engineer to architect and build autonomous AI systems, capable of planning, reasoning, and execution. You will connect foundational AI models with structured orchestrations to deliver goal-driven solutions that transform workflows.

You will design multi-agent workflows, validate outputs, monitor performance, and ensure cost efficiency, while enjoying 100% remote work, top-tier USD compensation, and a globally diverse team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering or AI Engineering.
• Proven expertise in developing generative AI applications and solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience with agentic orchestration frameworks and workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop single- and multi-agent AI systems capable of executing complex business tasks autonomously.
• Implement robust agentic orchestration frameworks and stateful workflows to coordinate perceive–plan–act–reflect loops.
• Build and optimize workflows integrating generative AI architectures with APIs, enterprise databases, and tools.
• Establish validation frameworks, evaluation metrics, and guardrails to ensure output reliability and content safety.
• Monitor and tune agent reasoning performance, balancing autonomy with transparency and cost efficiency.
