OKX is a leading crypto exchange seeking an Affiliate Marketing & Business Development professional to manage and optimize affiliate campaigns, expand influencer resources locally, and identify growth opportunities. The role concentrates on driving conversions and revenue through data-driven strategies in a fast-paced crypto environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in crypto affiliate marketing, strong network-building experience, and fluency in English with at least one South Asia

Formación

• 3+ years of affiliate marketing/business development experience in the Cryptocurrency space.
• Experience in building large affiliate networks from start to finish.
• Experience with analytical tools and reporting such as Google Analytics and Amplitude.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, manage, and optimise affiliate campaigns; develop new affiliate networks and improve performance of existing affiliates.
• Mainly focus on expanding the influencer resources in the local market, which could bring trading users and income to the platform.
• Devise creative ways to identify potential affiliates.
• Optimise the strategy of business development and plan corresponding actions to ensure the conversion rate.
• Analyse user habits and user behaviour, and judge the trend of business development.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop, manage, and optimise affiliate campaigns; develop new affiliate networks and improve the performance of existing affiliates
• Mainly focus on expanding the influencer resources in the local market, which could bring trading users and income to the platform
• Devise creative ways to identify potential affiliates
• Optimise the strategy of business development and plan corresponding actions to ensure the conversion rate
• Analyse user habits and user behaviour, and judge the trend of business development

What We Look For In You

• 3+ years of affiliate marketing/business development experience in the Cryptocurrency space
• Experience in building large affiliate networks from start to finish
• Experience with analytical tools and reporting such as Google Analytics and Amplitude
• Understanding of fundamental affiliate customer acquisition KPIs and optimization methods to improve performance through data analysis and segmentation
• Fluency in 1 or more South Asia Lanaguage (Urdu, Punjabi) and English
