SHINING 3D Latam is seeking a proactive regional sales professional based in Peru with remote work flexibility. The role focuses on expanding and managing the sales distribution network for dental digital products, while maintaining distributor relationships across regions.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree or higher, strong market development and account management skills, and fluency in Spanish and English.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Proactive, self-driven, and action-oriented with strong market development, customer acquisition, and account management skills.
• Goal-focused with a high achievement orientation; strong customer service mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently as required.
• Proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Experience in the medical, dental, or clinical industry are strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute regional sales activities, including roadshows, trade shows, product demonstrations, and the development of KOLs and KOCs.
