Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Water Leak Engineer to lead diagnostics, identify leak paths, and drive root cause analysis across AMP2 KSA. You will supervise Water Leak Technicians and collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, Design, and Repair teams to prevent water ingress and ensure vehicle sealing quality.

Qualifications

• BSc/Master's in mechanical engineering required.
• 2–5 years in a greenfield OEM environment preferred.
• 3+ years in the same role required.
• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence and interface with senior management.

Responsibilities

• Lead water leak investigation and resolution at Lucid AMP2 KSA.
• Perform leak tests and diagnose root causes with approved methods.
• Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, Design and Repair teams.
• Document procedures, findings and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with Lucid Quality Procedures and 6S standards.
