Job summary

Saudi Networkers Services in Oman seeks an experienced VTC engineer to lead the network and Video Tele-conferencing setup, maintenance, and support. The role emphasizes hands-on management of VTC software, servers, and licenses while coordinating with external providers.

You will work with international vendors, ensure system standards, and troubleshoot errors. Strong English communication is required, and CISCO Voice experience is considered an asset.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in dealing, preparing, and managing the network and Video Tele-conferencing (VTC) software.
• Advanced knowledge of the requirements and standards of the Video Tele-conferencing (VTC) engineering systems.
• Experience in discovering and fixing the errors of VTC, servers, licenses, and warranty.
• Proficiency in coordinating with different service providers.
• Fluent English in writing and speaking; VTC or CISCO Voice experience preferred.

• Coordinating with different service providers.
• 3-5 years in dealing, preparing, and managing the network and Video Tele-conferencing (VTC) software.
• Practical experience in managing the networks and servers equipment and software
• Advanced knowledge of the requirements and standards of the Video Tele-conferencing (VTC) engineering systems.
• Obtaining accredited certificates from (Polycom) Company.
• The ability of discovering and fixing the errors of VTC, servers, licenses and warranty errors.
• The ability of coordinating with different service providers.
• Proficiency in writing and speaking in English.
• VTC experience or CISCO Voice experience.
