Job summary

Green Umbrella Recruitment in Muscat, Oman seeks a sales and distribution professional. You will execute sales activities across assigned outlets and ensure compliance with service patterns and pricing schemes.

You will build relationships with store managers, conduct pre-sales visits, process orders, and manage billing and delivery documentation while supporting merchandising and brand visibility. This role requires fieldwork on van routes and timely collection of payments.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales and distribution across outlets, aligning with service patterns and pricing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and decision-makers to secure repeat orders and shelf space.
• Conduct pre-sales visits, take orders, and document for billing and delivery.
• Operate van sales routes when needed, delivering products and collecting payments per policies.
• Collect outstanding receivables per credit terms and collection policies.
• Support merchandising in modern trade and high-priority outlets, ensuring planogram compliance and visibility of brands.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends; report insights to the commercial team.
• Uphold professionalism, customer service, and ethical conduct at all times.
• Perform any other duties within the scope of responsibilities.

• Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback, reporting insights back to the commercial team.
• Uphold company standards of professionalism, customer service, and ethical conduct at all times.
• Perform any other work assigned tasks within the functional responsibilities and limits.
