Job summary

InterContinental Hotels Group is seeking an F&B Outlet Supervisor for a Crowne Plaza property in Oman. You will lead the F&B team across shifts, ensuring top-tier guest service, quality, and compliance with hygiene and brand standards.

You will support the Outlet Manager in revenue and cost-control while coaching staff to maintain service excellence and upsell opportunities. A leadership mindset and hospitality expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably within a hotel or upscale restaurant environment.
• Supervisory experience in an F&B outlet is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant and beverage service standards.
• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic F&B reporting.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of the F&B outlet and ensure smooth service throughout the shift.
• Ensure outlet is prepared before opening and properly closed after service.
• Allocate duties and workstations to team members according to business needs.
• Monitor guest flow, table allocation, service sequence, and outlet efficiency.
• Maintain outlet cleanliness and presentation to hotel standards.
