Job summary
ESBAAR is seeking a Proposals / Sales Engineer in Muscat, Oman to research client requirements and develop comprehensive UAV, AI-based, and IoT proposals. You will collaborate with sales, operations, and PM teams to gather insights, craft customized technical documents, and manage RFP/RFQ/RFI tender processes.
You will deliver compelling presentations, stay current on drone technologies and AI, and ensure timely submission of high-quality proposals to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as Proposals or Sales Engineer.
- Fluent written and verbal English.
- Knowledge of drone technologies and AI is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Research and analyze client requirements to develop comprehensive UAV, AI, and IoT proposals.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and PM teams to gather information for proposals.
- Create detailed, customized technical proposals aligned with client needs.
- Develop and manage tendering including RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs.
- Prepare and deliver presentations communicating technical solutions.
- Stay informed on UAV, AI, and IoT industry trends.
- Ensure proposals meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Engage in client meetings to present solutions and address inquiries.
- Collaborate with SMEs to incorporate technical data into documents.
- Conduct regular sales visits to maintain engagement with leads.
