Minimum 5 years of practical hospital blood bank or transfusion service laboratory experience.

Responsibilities

Transfusion Safety and Practices
Develop and deliver lectures, practical sessions, and case-based learning
Supervise student laboratory training and clinical competencies
Assess student performance through OSPE, practical exams, and coursework
Guide students in career pathways within transfusion medicine and laboratory sciences
Coordinate clinical placements and liaise with hospital preceptors
Conduct and publish research in transfusion medicine and related fields
Participate in CME activities, workshops, and outreach programs
Attend faculty and departmental meetings
