DELTA INFRALOGISTICS (WORLDWIDE) LIMITED seeks a maintenance specialist to calibrate and maintain field instrumentation and automation systems across the plant. You will troubleshoot PLC/SCADA circuits, calibrate sensors, and ensure safe, efficient operations with rigorous documentation.
You will uphold HSE standards, participate in PTW and toolbox talks, and drive reliability improvements through hands-on fault diagnosis and proactive maintenance activities.
Ensure reliable operation calibration and maintenance of all field instrumentation and control systems within the plant Install test troubleshoot and maintain process instruments and supporting automation systems to ensure safe efficient and continuous plant operations Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of Electrical and instrumentation system for Bulk handling machinery such as ship loaders stacker conveyors and mobile hoppers Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of automation and electrical systems such as Substation PLCs drives instruments Carry out calibration testing and loop checking of field instruments such as pressure level temperature and flow transmitters Perform troubleshooting and repair faults in Control Circuits PLC s VFD s Sensors Encoders Maintain and update documentation calibration records and reports Ensure strict compliance with safety procedures and operational standards Support plant operations by ensuring all E I systems are functioning efficiently and reliably Monitor equipment performance and identify potential issues to prevent breakdowns Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures SOPs and safety standards Ensure all operations and maintenance activities are carried out in compliance with Delta HSE policies and procedures Participate in permit-to-work PTW systems risk assessments and toolbox talks Maintain high standards of housekeeping and promote a safe working environment Identify opportunities for improving system reliability efficiency and maintenance practices Contribute to new innovative and relevant practical ways to meet business needs
Additional certification in PLC / SCADA or industrial automation is an advantage. Good knowledge of industrial instrumentation and Control systems. Understanding of calibration procedures and industrial standards. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve field instruments issues. Knowledge about fire and gas systems (Deluge, CACP, FACP, CO2, SO2 etc.). Comprehensive knowledge of Work Health and Safety requirements. Maintain maintenance logs, calibration reports, as per company and regulatory requirements. Familiarity with communication protocols such as Profibus/Profinet/Modbus. Hands-on experience with PLCs (Siemens), SCADA systems, and various industrial drives (WEG VFD). Hands-on experience in calibration and troubleshooting of field instruments. Hands on experience in Calibration and troubleshooting of Fire and gas detectors like CO2, SO2, H2 Detectors. Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, wiring diagrams, and instrument datasheets. Ability to diagnose and resolve electrical and instrumentation faults efficiently. Basic knowledge of electrical systems and interlocks. Demonstrates learning agility and continuous improvement.
