Job summary

NEW Alfa International seeks a skilled technical operator to run, monitor, and maintain specialized machinery to ensure safe, efficient daily operations in our facility.

You will set up equipment, monitor performance, test systems, troubleshoot faults, and perform routine maintenance to uphold quality and uptime.

A diploma/degree in engineering, mechanics, electronics, or related field is required, with 3–6 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in engineering, mechanics, electronics, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience operating machinery or monitoring systems in a production environment.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot mechanical errors or system glitches under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Set up, start, and run industrial machinery according to production and safety rules.

• Equipment Operation: Set up, start, and run industrial machinery or technical systems according to production and safety rules.
• Monitoring & Testing: Watch system performance closely and run tests to catch early signs of failure or poor quality.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose basic technical faults and fix minor issues or coordinate with repair teams for bigger problems.
• Routine Maintenance: Clean parts, perform light preventive care, and keep machines in good working order.
• Safety & Compliance: Follow all workplace safety rules, wear proper gear, and log all daily activities or machine errors.

Preferred candidate profile

• Technical Background: Holds a diploma, certification, or degree in engineering, mechanics, electronics, or a related technical field.
• Relevant Experience: Possesses 3-6 years of experience operating machinery or monitoring systems in a matching industry (e.g., manufacturing, broadcasting, or IT).
• Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrates a proven ability to troubleshoot mechanical errors or system glitches quickly under pressure.
