Job summary

NEW Alfa International seeks a skilled technical operator to run, monitor, and maintain specialized machinery to ensure safe, efficient daily operations in our facility.

You will set up equipment, monitor performance, test systems, troubleshoot faults, and perform routine maintenance to uphold quality and uptime.

A diploma/degree in engineering, mechanics, electronics, or related field is required, with 3–6 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in engineering, mechanics, electronics, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience operating machinery or monitoring systems in a production environment.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot mechanical errors or system glitches under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Set up, start, and run industrial machinery according to production and safety rules.
• Monitor system performance and run tests to catch early signs of failure or quality issues.
• Diagnose basic faults and coordinate with repair teams for bigger problems.
• Perform routine maintenance, clean parts, and keep machines in good working order.
• Follow safety rules, wear proper gear, and log activities and machine errors.
